Projects that plan to translate 18th- and 19th-century fishing community documents score higher when they also produce open-access digital editions for use in undergraduate courses.
Unlike Nova Scotia applications, Newfoundland and Labrador requires demonstration of extreme rural delivery capacity due to frontier county designation equivalents along the Northern Peninsula and south coast.
