The funding targets capacity investments in shared bookkeeping platforms, satellite connectivity subscriptions, and standardized intake protocols that allow smaller entities to compete for multi-year federal-provincial agreements. Recipients must maintain physical offices or regular service points in at least two census subdivisions classified as "very remote" by Statistics Canada.
